Good Tuesday morning and belated Happy New Year to my Jewish friends....
Had a fabulous weekend.. but we are dead tired. For those following my personal life, my mom is inching along.. surgery for her lung cancer within the next week or so... Rehab ongoing. Cant really make it up the stairs yet on her own. Its hard to believe she was jumping 2 steps at a time when going up stairs just last month... things change on a dime.
Actually looking forward to some type of weather change.. still able to shoot in the water but this will be waning in the next few weeks.. which is nice for a break..

@Lung cancer.. (I didn't know she had this too)....she is in my thoughts.....
She seems like a fighter so I think she can beat this
I just need 2 more weeks of this weather(when 2 models from Arkansas are coming into shoot),then it can start to moderate(as I am really looking foward to shooting a lot of lifestyles type stuff when it gets cooler,oh wait,its the season where I spend up to 5 weeks out on the road at a time)
life wouldn't be as fun if it were all sunny and easy
I think I may have had TOO much fun lately . . . sunny and "easy" sounds kinda good . . . 'Sides, next week I get all the crappy I kin stand . . . another new hip . . .
Editing all night tonight...had a fun shoot Sunday night with Nicolette, very pretty local young lady. Dave gave me a hand..if I could get the girls to stop flirting with him for a few minutes, I might eventually get a good shot
For anyone that might be in the area, good friends of mine are playing at Quaker Steak and Lube in Pinellas tomorrow night (Wednesday night) from 7pm - 11pm...I'm going to snap a few shots of their new group and front lady. Welcome to join me for some rum-infused festivities.

I had a shoot scheduled for Sunday with a friend that I have shot before but ti just got rescheduled. Crap! She got the opportunity to make money by working an extra shift soooo. That makes sense. The shoot will happen, it is just pushed out a bit. Sucks cause I was looking forward to doing a shoot Sunday. Indoor shoot so I did not have to worry about the weather which could be iffy this weekend.
Flexy girl never responded to me. Ugh. Whatever...........
