Then why do so many men have wine cellars(other than to lock people in)?
just saying...
And I can't let a good wine go to waste after using some of it to cook with no can I?

Investments and to keep their woman/women happy..    That said, while in Germany, I did enjoy some ice wine... But honestly, I do prefer a beer or lambic as opposed to wine..

I don't get the investment point in this to be honest(I'd rather invest in gold to be honest, but I digress)
I can blame by buddy in the band Redemption (who is also a CEO in Disney and was a major part in their aquiring Lucas brand,he basicly bought himself the musicians to create probably the best progressive heavy metal band in the world right now)for getting me started on my wine habbit.
Of course he gets the $100 a bottle variety and tries to convince me how much more superior that is compared to the $15-$25 bottles I consume(they are not).
And one thing I noticed about a glass of wine as opposed to a beer at night.
1 glass of wine after dinner will put me to sleep and a nice deep relaxing sleep for 8 hours better than any sleep aid I have ever tried(including a gulp of nyquil) as I tend to get really bad insomnia.
Beer,not so much..

Ugh, wish I could help.  I only have a few spare parts these days...including TWO 1GB DDR3 1066Mhz DIMMs of RAM.  4 years ago this stuff was wicked expensive!  Today I got FOUR 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz DIMMs of RAM for $60!...this 16GB of RAM 4 years ago would have been a few grand!

Good luck!

My influence has much to do with being three darks deep. For the record I am all about a nice glass of something red.
