We are starting to use twitter as a way of giving quick news updates, special events and offers. Over the winter we are also going to be giving away cameras and other goodies to our followers.

I don't "tweet".  I see it as an overblown blog that serves the same purpose as a Facebook fan page, except with much fewer options.

I don't tend to talk about my modeling on twitter. I just mention it very briefly in my bio. I have been contacted to model through twitter and I just bring it over to email. Also, it is a good tool to use when you are doing any type of online voting contests... which I don't think are very fair so I stopped doing lol.

Most of you who have said you don't have a twitter account would seem to be photographers. I am curious - are you crusty old dudes?

Not that there is anything wrong with being crusty or old, as I am both. I just happen to do a lot with social media and it amazes me that many "older" peeps can't see the value in using it.
