Del's macho taco is one of my favorites. But it still doesn't taste as 'authentic' as the tacos down in Ol' Tiajuana. I still think the country of Mexico serves the best Mexican food, strange as it may seem....

Sorry I wasn't able to make it to TT tonight. Was not feeling very well and took a very LONG nap. Seriously just woke up like 30 minutes ago. Oops. Lol.

Hmmm. Same thing happened to me last night. Took a nap and before you know it it was 11pm. Well, you weren't there either so I guess I didn't miss anything.

But I did manage to get up early this morning and go out to the Rancho Cuc Mountains. It snowed last night. Got got few shots of the frosted hillsides before the snow melted:
