Almost every beauty image I have done is with a single dish so feel free to take a look.  I however process every image I display (or keep for that matter) with at least raw and Lightroom tweaks.  Beauty images are always retouched in PS, I do not however create that plastic skin look smile

nuance:  don't aim the light at the model's face - either use it close and aimed below her face with a reflector for fill or use it high or to the side and pointed straight - feather the light for softness or use the falloff distribution in the light cone for even lighting.   Also use the beauty dish pretty close - like all modifiers it becomes "harder" the farther away from the subject.....

Very little post work. One or two blemishes - Orange B/W filter - cropped for boards.

Bare silver 22" dish with a YN460II flash - refelctor underneath.
