You can use your webcam to have a video conference with up to a total of 10 people at the same time! My first hangout was with Michael Anthony, the original bass player for Van Halen. That was pretty cool. Lots of the more successful photographers are also using hangouts to chat with other photographers, and often sharing tips and advice. Several of the Google engineers are also using the feature to chat with average users, to get feedback about the system and offer tips to users. It's a very cool feature. One thing I've noticed about Google+ so far, is that photographers seem to get a lot of respect and attention on the system. Some of the photographers have more followers than some of the famous celebrities on the site.
