Hi i would like a portfolio assessment and would be very very grateful to get one. My aim is to become a top fashion model in new york and i have the height and other characteristics for it. My ethnicity is Indian and that has at times been holding me back due to the limited demand. I plan to apply to modeling agencies in new york and obtain a H1B3 visa. Could you guys please guide me as to which agencies would be open to accepting models of my look. Also, could you please tell me what changes and additions/subtractions need to be made to my current portfolio?

I would be happy to be a model mentor in this part of the world, especially as two of the four listed are no longer on MM, so there seems to be a supply shortage.
Would anyone mind mentoring / critiquing me? Photos are a tad old so I need to do a new shoot anyways so some tips before I do would be great.
Any tips on improving my about me are helpful as well.

My location is Waynesboro, VA I travel back and forth from Franklin TN, Lousville KY but shoot mostly in Waynesboro and Charlottesville VA.
I have been helping several models start with Model Mayhem guided through the procedure, helped build their portfolios and I find it a great way to help newbies to get that first step.

I see nothing for my country, let alone my area. So let me be the first one.
I am located in Bucharest, Romania, shooting there in studio and other places where i travel.
I can help building portofolios, can give advices on modelling and so on, tough not on all genres because i don't like or never worked in all of them.

I am willing to be a model mentor - I am currently organizing a model development program through our studio, producing a series of workshops featuring some of the most experienced models in our market, in order to help newer models understand the local market, and develop the necessary skillset...
we also are developing a resident model program providing newer photographers an opportunity to shoot with more experiened models, and newer models and opportunity to work with more experienced photographers.
I also shoot fairly regularly with newer models for portfolio development.
