Lunch hour will be held from 01:00 PM - 02:00 PM.

Naked Pizza and drinks will be provided!

You may elect to fill your lunch spot with a shoot, but keep in mind that the lunch hour is great for networking and meeting new friends!


** ABOUT THE CAUSE ::

This is a new group shoot event and location in the Cincinnati Area. I am creating this shoot to benefit my Relay for Life team "Saving Second Base". SSB was started in honor of my aunt who has endured breast cancer and melanoma. Saving Second Base fundraises and walks in honor and remembrance of survivors and those lost by all forms of this tragic disease while promoting breast cancer awareness.

Relay for Life is an overnight relay-style event where Teams of people camp out around a track. Members of each team take turns walking around the track for the duration of the event. Food, games, and activities provide entertainment for attendees. It is a family-friendly event for the entire community that ultimately provides cancer awareness, cancer education, remembrance for those lost by cancer, celebration for those who have won the fight against cancer, money raised for providing services and funds to current cancer sufferers, and for research to find a cure.

There is a competitive spirit for teams and events between each other to raise the most money with their fundraisers. Competitively, the funds raised here will benefit team Saving Second Base and the Norwood Relay for Life event.

100% of the proceeds of this group shoot will directly benefit the American Cancer Society.

** THE SCHEDULE & PROCESS ::

For those of you who aren't familiar with the rotating group shoot process, this is how it typically works:
You scope through the forum and contact people who have signed up that you would like to work with through the website. You can discuss possible concepts, themes, and wardrobe to prepare, and choose a time open for all parties involved. Then, people tend to set up a schedule something like this:

and fill it in with the people you've made plans with.

The entire event is TFP/TFCD, unless otherwise discussed in advance between parties. This includes possible kit fees associated with MUAs and stylists. Feel free to be open about these fees as it is understandable that your supplies are valuable!

The Lindner Park Nature Preserve and historical McCullough Estate has a few trails, wooded areas, garden areas, a small pond, and a few historical structures.

This area of land was once the home of wealthy feed grain suppliers. The home is still on the property. The bottom floor of the home is rent-able to the public for business parties, etc. We have secured this for the first half of the event. (We would have liked to have it for the whole time, but the cost was twice the amount and we didn't want that much going into expenses.)

There are some eerie areas of the area said to be haunted.

There will be a beautiful spread of May flowers which is sure to make some beautiful scenery!

Nudity is at your own risk. You are personally responsible for any charges against you if you are sited for any reason. This park does have camera surveillance. If you are caught by authorities participating in public nudity, this fundraiser, Relay for Life, my Relay for life team SAVING SECOND BASE, nor I, am responsible for any legal issue that arises.

This event is a wonderful idea, however, right now I can only give a tentative yes.

I will share this event with other photographers, models, etc. in hopes of increasing the proceeds and enhance networking possibilities.

Again, thank you for bringing this event to my attention and I am hoping I am able to make it - it would be a wonderful birthday present to myself and a wonderful way for me to honor my grandmother in working with other creative professionals!
