All of these women are correctly sized, none of them look thick at all.
Man what's wrong with our culture that any of these girls would be classified as plus sized.
IMO, they're all perfect and if anything could still stand to gain a few pounds.
Cheers

it's plus size in industry terms. I don't know how many times I've had to explain this... you need to look at them as plus size MODELS not plus size WOMEN .
technically, plussize begins where straightsize ends. so plussize is like size 10 and bigger, because, incomparison to the normal thinner model who are size 2-4-6 they're plus size. that doesn't mean plussize models are also considered plussize women when they're walking in the street... most of them would probably be considered average (in terms of size), or a bit chubby at best. "thick" is something different as well.

Does anyone know of any posing videos (or bts videos) with AMAZING plus models? I see them for straight sized all the time, but don't know if i've seen an awesome plus one.

well, there are several of crystal renn... she's not plussize anymore, but she is bigger than a straightsize model, and her posing is excellent. in her video's you can really see:
* how it's more about moving than one static pose after the other
*that small changes in each pose (moving your head a little bit, changing your arm a little bit) are important before moving on to the next
*that you sometimes will need to do something that feels awkward, but looks great on camera
*to stretch stretch stretch your body!
*if you want movement in your pose, keep taking one step/little jump forward and one back to make your hair move a little
robyn lawley for australian vogue. again same principles. watch how she moves that seethrough fabric thingy around, it's like a snake .

robin lawley, made by her agency. seem principles. it looks like she's just dancing, but if you look closely you can find yourself thinking "this would be a great shot, this would be a great shot, this would..."

OMG! This girl's from my town! A friend of mine did a photoshoot with her and found her super inspiring : she used to be a straight size model but battled in an unhealthy manner with her weight at that time. She's now healthy but I didn't knew she went plus size though!
Good for her
Super inspiring girl!

same story with heather hazzan, by the way . she used to be a size 0... and is now a 12 . I think it's great that models like that are listening to their bodies.

Wow... in both of these pictures she actually looks pretty amazing. Would've had no idea it was the same girl.

cool eh ?
I agree she looks amazing thin as well (obviously, she was relatively succesful as a model), but she had a serious eating disorder, so I'm just happy she's healthy and happy now

My word! This woman is absolutely stunning!
As a person that struggles with food and body image, that is spectacularly soothing and inspiring.

I am glad you find it inspiring .
you should definitely check out "healthy is the new skinny" then! they're on facebook but also have a website (and a blog, I think). It's all about the idea of loving your body and being healthy, if you're a size 2 or a size 12.
