Notwithstanding that it's copyrighted 2012 he posted "Look for an updated edition soon!" and explained via PM that some of the info may need updating. Nevertheless, I recommend reading and understanding so each party knows:
* what their position and protocol is and
* can communicate it clearly.
This alone should obviate the need for the third step
* defend ones position.

One of the reasons I didn't shoot with everyone is the post production management of images to all the models I shot. I've pulled out what little hair I have left! :-) [That's an example of a hyperbolic statement.]
