I was bad at dieting all last week, because of vegetable tempura, burritos, deep fried bean curd, potato wedges. Today I was bad at dieting because I ate a half-bag of rice chips with hummus on the way home. srs fail

It's a relationship you are developing with your body. Also, everyone is going to have a bad week, or month, now and then where you get stressed out, or are flat broke, and have to eat whatever is available and/or easy. That's just going to happen. No one is perfect. I'm in the process of moving, so I don't even have a kitchen right now. I've had to eat out a lot, which is not so great, but that's life for the next week or two.

I only need to diet when I'm cutting weight. It's great! Though I've been on a restricted diet for the last week and a half. that's been miserable. tuna, chicken, rice, peanut butter, broccoli. I want some damn cheese!

I eat all of this stuff when dieting, today i've had a full roast, chocolate cake, a muffin desert, as long as i dont go over about 1500 calories a day i should be fine. In fact i keep thinking i should eat something else because i've done so much exercise today i think maybe i haven't eaten enough. Lost 6 pounds in less than three weeks I wasn't hungry before i read this thread, but now i am

Moving to CO in June and the fam is redoing the entire kitchen so that we will finally have an awesome place to cook in.We plan on trying all sorts of new stuff. We also will have space for our own garden We all love to cook and I'm thinking my diet will improve after the move.

Having a kitchen you actually ENJOY using makes a huge difference. I have a goal of eating around 80% raw foods by the end of this year. In order to encourage myself to be consistent with it, I want to upgrade a few of my appliances over the next couple months to make eating that way easier. Like getting a larger juicer, and a nicer food dehydrator. The kitchen makes all the difference.

I've been drinking a lot more water...mostly because it's cheaper...lol. But I know it's healthier, too. I find myself getting a glass of water after a moment of thought while originally reaching for milk. And once again I'm starting to eat only when I'm hungry, instead of because it's mealtime. My jeans are fitting a bit differently. Even one of my coworkers made a comment.

People would have an easier time dieting if good food didn't taste so good. Diet is just Die with a T at the end.
