wow! her skin looks fantastic in that video!
Have you every tried a finishing spray? There is one thats fairly new from Urban Decay ( Skindinavia ) Called " Dew Me "
You spray it on the skin, and it disolves all the powder and makes the skin look clean, dewy and and radiant!
I'm not saying its what they used in the video, but it would give similar results!
/off topic i love how lil wayne isnt shown the video the whole time
/back on topic i'd say a silicone foundation unpowdered, maybe a heavy cream to moisturize or as stated..possibly olive oil or jojoba oil or something like that. when i assisted Margina Dennis for Barbie's Dream closet she mixed that or pure argan oil (i forget) into Aucoin's skin enhancer foundation and it made the girls look plastic but not cheap...similar to jlo's skin here.
Honestly, it looks like a simple gold sheen highlighter, and then they used a gold toned reflector to light them. Of course a wonderful moisturizer and a cream foundation, no powders whatsoever.
When I want a really dewy-glowy look I will mix a light touch of strobe cream or Chanel brilliance Pur (liquid bronzer) in the foundation if using a liquid. I highlight with creams or gels and finish with Cinema Secrets Moisture Spray. No powders.
I'd love to hear any other suggestions. I just started airbrushing last month (Kett system with Hydro (alcohol based) and Hydra foundations) so I am not completely familiar with the best way to accomplish this look with this. Other than, I did buy a silicone based foundation by temptu pro to try. I know Dinair makes "moist and dewy" which an be used 3 ways. But I've been told it works well at creating the effect and looking natural. It's on my
It's to try.

Just my opinion though of course!
I have the same opinion... this looks like the way I do my skins for shootings with no powder on.. :-)
I know it may sound strange and a bit gooey but if mixed in right amounts; aloe vera gel, some vitamin e oil mixed with something like this: http://www.sephora.com/body-glow-P2856
