Thank you for such fast response. Another question paperwork what is it for and do they have a standard or is it the same what ever you and the model agree too?

The terms are what you agree to, the paperwork should be something created by, or at least approved by, your attorney.

The most important thing when doing business is that all parties clearly understand what is being exchanged and the terms. You can have a lawyer-drafted contract easily tossed out the window if a judge believes one party was confused or pressured.


Get it in writing, but get it in plain, and concise language.

Easiest way not to get sued is not to piss off people.
