Hm... I too have low blood pressure. The constant freezing cold in my hands/feet have faded, but I have a constant headache and feel fatigued. Are you experiencing similar?

What do you mean freezing cold in hands/feet on outside? U mean you start sweating like crazy?

I have chronic fatigue so yes. I also suffer from chronic stress headaches but take medication for them so they're more under control.
I've been chugging water all day trying to stay hydrated.
I used to play tennis and still play now in hot summer days (around 25C-40C). Damn it feels amazing, I can hit the ball harder like Rafael Nadal or Roger Federer. I love it!! Just bring lots of water and drink. I have no problem with that...
(I have to admit I love hot summer and heat but really hate winter and its freakin' cold and boring...)

When I was 18 we played tennis in hot weather. The courts were always open!
We brought lots of water and milk and orange juice.
Then we went for Chinese food and beer. Lots of beer! That is where I developed my love of beer!

Huh? No, I usually have ice cold hands/toes throughout the year. Summer is the only time it isn't an issue since it's so hot. Thus me saying the freezing cold has faded for the time being.

... I suppose I'll try drinking more water. I know I could use it. Just wish I could shake the fatigue

Do you get enough salt? That's important.
As for the fatigue, I have tried everything and been on different meds for it- eugh- it just never goes away. It's brutal- I feel for you.

I feel your pain on that, I too have that issue. But now that I live in the desert, it's not so bad anymore.
I love the heat, it's the lack of oxygen I don't like. I started choking today almost as soon as I stepped outside and needed my inhaler. This is death for people with asthma.
