How do you know she uses portraiture plugins?

Because the skin is too smooth, like a plastic doll, I can't see the texture. It is very visible in the neck. So I ask, is a plugin or all of retouching was done by hand?

Im guessing retoucher wanted that style,
but if you want perfect to your taste, i'd suggest paying someone and not posting in practice thread

The actual image itself doesn't have that much skin texture visible on the face.
Not much skin work needed at all, tbh.
