There are few darker anime characters besides afro samurai.
I've seen one in Gundam who played a world leader, and another in an anime I do not remember...
However...

Coffee from Cowboy Bebop. She is one of those terrible stereotypes, but there is something in your lips and your arms that remind me of her. Shes a little bit bigger in the bust department, but honestly.. if any of us were made into anime characters I believe our busts would magically go up a few cup sizes.

The pictures of you in the yellow dress immediately reminded me of Mei Sunohara of Clannad, probably because of her yellow ribbons and over all cutesyness (is that even a word?)
