It would make so much more sense if I was a real redhead. My dad and all of his siblings are real redheads - fair skin, freckles, red hair. I have a few freckles on my nose and cheeks, but that's about it.
red hair is so wonderful to paint... it is usually very reflective and holds all sorts of color in it. So my affection for red heads is an aesthetic one...
Actually I kinda wish I was a *real* redhead. With the freckles and fire hair. I only have the very fair skin. My natural hair colour is a boring blonde. That's why I always dye it.

I don't know, you looked pretty damn good as a brunette too!

It's almost black.
I make a decent-looking redhead, but it required a lot of upkeep and damaged my hair badly, during the couple years I wore it that color.
my natural hair colour is quite light, so I can use henna for red hair. I cannot say enough good things about it! It *actually* repairs split ends. It's quite remarkable!
It could still give your hair a red shine, if you missed it but didn't want the hair damage
My hair used to be red when I was a kid. Now its a sort of brown with a tiny hint of red every now and then. Any ladies who are intrigued are welcome to say hi.

Nah, dude. I don't miss it at all. I look like a totally different person now, and feel much more "real." I've come to associate having red hair with trying to make myself into something that people on the internet would pay to see. That, and shaving my pubes, which I also quit doing. I'm over that bullshit for real.

Understandable! It'd be much easier if I was happy with my natural colour, but I just get bored with it so quickly!
