Hi I need to find a place to print about 25 photos that are 9x12 and not as expensive as Blacks. I have tried stores like Staples and Walmart, the printing centers do not have that size I need. Does anyone know of a cheap printing place or online printing store that I could go to? Let me know, thanks in advance *Dont know if this is in the right section, I never use forums !
The first, and quite possibly last, step is to talk to the photographer.
You need both permission, ideally written, and the proper file, in order to get the best images. Or, you need the photographer to provide prints. Most photographers whose work is worth putting in a portfolio will be able to give you what you need.
You might need to pay, depending on their policies and your agreements.
Edit; you're in Canada, which means the situation is more complicated, although talking to the photographer is still a good place to start.

I'd check first with your agency, since I assume they are requiring that size prints and second with the photographers with whom you shot. You'll be needing to contact them anyway for print-quality files and permission to reproduce. Either or both of them should have suggestions on where to print that size.
I use Bay Photo, not sure you'd call them "cheap" though.

No it could be easier, particularly if she paid for the shoots.
Once you have print resolution files drop me line. Because of the quantity you're ordering the cost will be fairly low on a per print basis.
My 9x12" matte, lustre and glossy prints are $2.39 each x 25 = $59.75 + USPS Priority Mail International at $38.00 comes to a grand total of $97.75 USD. Divide that by 25 and you come up with $3.91 each.

Assuming the photographer / license / file size issues are sorted out, I'll add another endorsement. I've ordered from Blue Cube at least three times and never been less than completely pleased.
Blue Cube sounds like the best on a mail basis. I am fortunate to have a COSTCO nearby with great help. I create a 12x18 300dpi image in Photoshop using two 9x12 images to create a 12x18 print. I then cut this into the two 9x12 prints using their professional trimmer. Usually specify no adjustments. They do glossy and matte finish. Cost about $3 per 12x18.
I have used their King of Prussia, PA and Burlington (Winooski), Vermont facilities with good results so if you have a COSTCO site this may be a good source.
That said there is nothing like a professional like Blue Cube to take the guesswork out at a slightly higher cost due to shipping etc.

It's worth it, because with places like Costco, a photographer isnt watching your prints print and paying attention to things. On one order I had with Blue Cube, Brent called me while he was printing and made a quick suggestion that changed my order for the better (that one suggestion made a HUGE difference) I can't tell you how amazing that is. So while you might save a few bucks on shipping, you would fair much better for a few extra bucks on using a pro like Blue Cube. Just my honest endorsement

Plus blue Cube has higher end options. Costco here shows a 9x12 and 11x14 as a print size BTW
