Try a casting.

Casting calls as suggested are good.

Also try the browse tab and seek out photographers in your area whose work you like.

Spend some time studying other portfolios and take note of images that you like. A lot of models have a list of images that they would like to re-create and they can be helpful when you come to posting casting calls or availability notices.
