Yes a no-go on the hair in front of your face. I would do hairstyles that have hair out of your face. Like great updo style or half up and down hairstyles.

I would suggest that you look at more experienced models for examples of different poses, facial expressions, and how they contact the camera with their eyes. Use theirs to come up with your own, you might even copy a few that you really like. And there is nothing better than shooting with an experienced photographer. And as always practice, practice, practice, even if your not doing a shoot. You might use a mirror or a video camera will practicing different poses, this, of coarse, will not be the same as a shoot but will give you an idea of what it would look like.

You're only had one shoot, so I am not bothered by the hair in the face or multiple same poses. I assume the photographer was guiding you through most of the poses, so that's not your issue.
As far as how you did, I think for your first shoot you did very well. In most of the images you appear to be comfortable and making a good connection with the camera.
As far as making your port better, get some more shoots in. Search in your area for photographers whose work you like. Get some references and check them out to see how other models that worked with those photographers felt about their experience and if it sounds good, SHOOT!
Goods luck and much success to you in work and life.
