(another) how to achieve this tone?
Please...can someone explain to me. How to make this tone? Thanks Aug 15 12 09:36 am Link New solid color adjustment layer set to darken. Aug 15 12 11:05 am Link You can try a global color balance adjustment layer. Add a bit of red to the shadows and red to the midtones and highlights. Aug 15 12 12:45 pm Link From 500px.com Pinar Eris Collection Hong Kong Photographer: Akif Hakan Celebi Make-up: Angel Mok Hair: Jean Tong Model: Angie Ng Styling Assistant: Satoko Yuzawa Photographer's Assistant: Glenn Eugen Ellingsen Make-Up Assistant : ?? Hair Assistants:Vincent.S & N @www.thelook-studio.com Have you tried asking Akif? Aug 15 12 01:01 pm Link Check the RGB values in the shadows and highlights. The shadows are high in blue. The highlights are high in magenta and even higher in yellow. It's probably just cross-processing in curves. I have spoken to him on a few occasions before (via deviantArt) and he is a very friendly guy! Aug 16 12 02:50 pm Link Akif is a nice guy, I have spoken to him before via DeviantArt as well. I do believe in a interview I remember him mentioning he uses curves and its a powerful tool, so I would imagine he is using it to cross process..... I just don't know what else he does.
