I really love how smooth and creamy, soft the colors are. I use a lot of programs, including Adobe Lightroom 4, and I have yet to achieve an edit like this. I am about to start editing a wedding session and I would like to first get some tips in the right direction, thanks

This is just a guess, as I haven't tried this, but it may not be particularly difficult. It appears to me that the entire photo has a color cast. If I was going to try this, I'd start by sampling the color of an area in the picture that was probably white in the original (the light on the floor in the doorway, for instance.) Next I'd do a fill over my image and fade it until I got the mix I wanted.

My guess is the area on the floor was 100% detail-free clipped white and it's been remapped to that color.

Same with the inside of the elbow screen right. That was clipped white.

Blacks seem slightly warmed - red, actually - and fogged.

midtones are more orangey

highlights are yellowy

In this one the blacks are plum-purple

Try a gradient map mixed back and laid on top. Or curves.

Awesome! What do you mean when you say clipped as in clipped white?

Its called split toning!

+1 ... also called cross-processing, easily done with curves.
