Image looks somewhat posterized. Not sure if that was what you were aiming for? I am guessing that is blood on her face and arm. Doesn't look realistic. Way too much contrast. Looks sort of flat with no dimension. The details are washed out by the saturation and contrast applied to the image. Not my taste either.
