Why Money is NOT Collected at Public Parks. This is added per photographers asking about it. You're Not Allowed to Collect Money, unless you have a Commerial Permit. I.E. Selling admission and food. Collecting Money is one of the best ways to get shut-down and cited. They could also confiscate the money, plus equipment. Do you want that risk? If you argue, they'll have a greater reason to cite you.
There's some exceptions for money collection at Private Parks, If granted permission. But, usually for Public Parks, you'll need something like a Carnival Permit. Selling food equals Health Inspection and Vending Permit. You can see where this goes. That's why we only ask a Small amount before-hand to help cover expenses.
The management does NOT allow for their name or address to be used. Please ask questions Prior to date. Don't wait too long. Directions sent about 3 days prior.

Event Open to Shared Registration
If there's 5 Additional Photographers that would like to attend, the Event is Open to shared registration. (This overrides stated rates.) If a deal is reached, others that replied or gave intent will be included. This must be done before the date, inorder to work. Keep in mind, there are minimum costs that must be covered. Our target is $15/pp, this still keeps the ratio low. With 2 more people about $14/pp.
Must be Finalized by Oct 2, Tues, and Paid by Oct 4, Thurs night.
-TIPs on contacting. Give your name and intent to participate. This accelerates the process. Due to time contraints, we're unable to reply to things like "What's it about?" That's explained on the forum.

It's best to also have a photographer, as a male model. Thinking about it, the females have it easier, but they should also be producing photographers themselves as it's a group shoot.

Per many emails about paying at the Park.It will be answered Here and a synopsis included on every applicable gathering post.
Generally, NO Money Collection at Public Parks You could get Shut-Down and Cited. They could also Hold Money and Equipment. This is why we Pre-Register with a Discount.
Some exceptions are Private Parks, with their Approval. Which we sometimes use. But, most Public Parks Do NOT Allow Money Collection, unless they consider it private or you get a Commercial Permit. The closest permit though is usually a Carnival. This usually includes a Fire Truck and Police. You pay for it all.

Yes, we revisited one our Original locations, not used for over 5 years. Some of the highlights were the fence lines and building. All models were on-time and fun to work with, in this Low Ratio Format. We don't have photos of everyone, but will have some photos on the next post. A couple models emailed that morning, saying they had to work, so we'll keep an open door for them. (Keep in mind, we don't have time to check emails on shoot day, nor is there anything we can do.)
This was the first time we fully offered Section 47 Specials. It will be explained over time.
