Composition and pose
A good portrait starts with a strong foundation, in this her body is presented as a thin outline to the camera which is not forming a good base for supporting her head. So it looks unbalanced with her head forward over her body
More natural appearance for the eyes is to have white on both sides of the pupils [basically have the model look in the direction her nose is pointed]
Lower shoulder toward camera and roll it back for longest appearing neck possible
This angle is also highlighting the shape of her nose
