There's a difference even if its a subtle one but you can see it - its definitely cleaner and a helluva lot nicer

Her soles are dirty. I would address that my eyes go straight to that.

I like her freckles better.

I like the subtle change. You didnt over-do it in my opinion which is great.

I may have dodged a little more under the eyes, but I agree that less can be more. Your treatment of the white-out background is a little brutal though.

What is that black spot you left next to her arm? It's distracting. And white highlight makes her arm disappear.Also I feel everything is just wrong, because my eyes after quick look at all photo goes straight away to her dirty, smudgy feet with too blank white background.
I think you've done nice d&b but I can tell because photo is too small.
