I have been looking around MM for quite a few months now. There are many, many beautiful images, people, and talented photographers.
I have spoken to a couple of photographers to do some shoots. All seemed like great ideas, but still, run of the mill. Nothing edgy or exciting.
I see lots of images that make me feel something, a lot below the waist. Though that is definitely not a bad feeling, in fact, quite enjoyable...however, I would love to be impressed...blown away...excited...uniquely aroused...scared....sad...exhilarated...
I would love to work with a photog that creates those images...I have seen one, Halo Images on FB that kicks it up. I am sure there are more.
I want to see really fucked up images....something so out of the ordinary...something that illicits a reaction from hmmm...to holy shit!

But if the mind can't be expressed, from life or not...would we have great works of art such as created by Dali? If the Wright brothers thought that flight was only for the birds, would we have air travel today?
Art is what you make it. Art is supposed to make you FEEL. Creating art should be done with feeling.

In my opinion imagination is the greatest gift you can have. It sets you free, it inspires you and ultimately its what puts us at the top of the food chain.
