Google any of the following models; there are far too many images to cite. If you are unable to see why they are not dogs, I recommend you study the genre further before continuing.

Iman, Verushka, Marisa Berenson, Lisa Fonssagrives, Dorian Leigh, Margeaux Hemmingway, Naomi Sims, Cheryl Tiegs, Carol Alt, Paulina Porizkova, Elle Macpherson, Linda Evangelista, Christy Turlington, Tatjana Patitz, Claudia Schiffer, Laetitia Casta, Shalom Harlow, Milla Jovovich, Gisele Bundchen, Agyness Deyn, Lily Cole, Miranda Kerr, Natalia Vodianova, Doutzen Kroes, etc.

FWIW, a 4th grader might have an opinion about nuclear physics; they're certainly entitled to their opinion, but the value of it is questionable.

It sounds like you may have a good understanding of how the term was used in the context it was given to you?

Aw why should it? It looks like so far she has gotten good information on why people would use the term classic (regardless of whether or not they are using it correctly which I suspect they are not) and lists and photos of models who might fit the term.

FWIW when I hear the term "classic look" I generally think of models from old paintings. The Mona Lisa is a great one. "The Birth of Venus" by Botticelli is another fantastic painting and I would consider the model to have a classic shape. Lots of old Roman or Greek statues too.

"Classic Beauty" tends to usually be rounded women, usually 'fair' features etc. (as anything like models now days would have been considered sickly back then).

I think when whoever said Kelly was "Classic", I'm thinking more "Chisel'd" like your 30s to 50s etc models/actresses who  had stronger facial features such as a strong cheekbone and chin.

Your facial structure reminds me a bit of Gia smile Maybe they're referring to the supermodels of the '80s? Because a lot of them had pretty faces and strong bone structure unlike now how they're more into the androgynous look.

you want people to be nice to you, but you call women with classic beauty dogs??

here's are my first hits when I google "classic beauty"

http://www.theposhmiss.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/the_classic_beauty-.jpg
http://www.style.com/slideshows/standalone/beauty/icon/011207ICON/01m.jpg
http://quizilla.teennick.com/user_images/R/RE/REV/REVENGEBYBEAUTY/1248670733_3676_full.jpeg

it means having a face that people typically consider beautiful, with no "weird" features or facial structure. you know: long lashes, defined brow, full lips but not too full, relatively small nose, pronounced cheek bones,...

there's also a non-classic type of beauty (a type of beauty that I adore personally). the "weird" faces, like these models

but hey, if you think you look like a dog...

he said no such thing.

YOU said you've been told you have been told you have a 'classic' look.
YOU say you think (from your extensive google search) that 'classic look' = 'looks like a dog'

Nobody here, and not the post you linked... Made any comment about YOU ... So far the obly person to comment on YOU ... is YOU.

And if you condescendingly tell me 'god bless you sweetie' I will tell you to eat a bag of dicks.... Passive agressive personal attacks you give are just as bad as those others might give directly. Hypothetically.

No, you just said that the models you pulled up in Google image search looked like dogs and insulted THEM... She didn't say that you said YOU looked like a dog.

FWIW, I don't think you'd fit into the "classic beauty" realm, so maybe that's why you're a bit turned off when you compare yourself with those who do. Who knows, I'm no psychologist, I just play one on television.

Really?

In my opinion not a single women after a search for classic beauty turned up anyone who looked like a dog.  If I did not think they looked attractive, I would find another way to describe them so as not to cause a suspicious derailment of my own thread.
