The only way I could see these being valuable is if you wait until the album is out, and then take a picture of the album with you on it, and use it as a tearsheet that way. but from a modelling portfolio point of view, I don't like the images.
I think it was a good concept but the effect you are trying to get - that moody HDR almost Joey Lawrence meet Joel Grimes (google for reference if needed) photography style needs more care in pre and post work than was done in your case.
Landscape-oriented images rarely work well as avatars, since they get squashed down to fit into a portrait-oriented slot. Compounding the problem, you figure fairly small in that image to begin with. It's pretty worthless as an avatar. It's a bit too dark and high-contrast to work on any level, IMO.
