So I just realized my six month review is around mid-December. Hopefully I'll be getting promoted to my one level. (Information Technology Specialist 1).

I'm in training to ITS3, so I'm guaranteed to be a 3 within a year and a half of hire date, as long as I don't fuck up (which my supervisor has already told me, less than three months in I'm already doing 2 level work, and some 3 level).

So, I should get ITS1 at my six month review.

Then I can tell everyone I leveled up! And have a leveling up party! big_smile
