Whether it's by virtue of your political outlook, values, beliefs, culture, heritage or actions - do you believe yourself superior to other people or groups?
EDIT: as in completely better than another person or group, not just better in some aspect.

Opinion: I do not. More to add.
I don't hold any "beliefs", but I acknowledge that I scored some significant advantages by virtue of my genetic materials, the circumstances of my upbringing, access to high-level education, etc. By that acknowledgement, I don't consider myself "superior" to others; I merely express full awareness that I am the inheritor of certain privileged characteristics which I am expected to exploit to their fullest potential.
On the other hand, I grew up in Mexico City. The extreme disparity and systemic corruption should humble any healthy human for a lifetime.

I'm not speaking of areas of greater knowledge or ability - but considering oneself part and parcel superior to another person or group. As in better than and more worthy than others.

Based on this criteria, no.

Depends on what you mean by "more worthy." For example I feel that I am more worthy to the fruits of my labor than another. But if you mean "more worthy" as in the law should treat me more favorable, then no.

My beliefs are in fact what keep me humble. My faith is that we are all equal in the eyes of God and that we are all flawed and commit sin none of us are perfect. So no I do not think I am better than anyone else because I am a sinner just like they are.

I have skills and abilities that are superior to those of some others. But I don't consider myself a superior human being because of that.

I hold myself in higher regard than I hold other people. So that does make me superior to others, TO ME.

You are but the Apostle Paul said that he was the Chief among sinners so you can keep your amateur status.
That said there are clearly those who are superior athletes, thinkers, inventors, etc.
As well, there worldviews that are superior and produce superior fruits than others.

With the qualifications put on "worthy" I would say this answer and mine would be about the same.
"Do You Believe You Are Superior" if this was really the question, the only question, then answer of course is yes, I am superior to many and, of course, many are superior to me. What a silly question.

Do you mean do I think I'm superior just because; of course the answer is no. Do I believe I'm superior for many reasons; the answer certainly yes. Do I think the government should hold me above anyone else, of course no. Do I believe I should hold myself in higher regard than I hold many others, reason tells me I should.

Absolutely! I'm superior to everyone in some way and I'm inferior to everyone in some ways.
To believe that you're superior to anyone in every way is incredibly arrogant.

You may not call it sin but you as a human have flaws and make mistakes.
So perfect and sinner are the only 2 states of being in your worldview? Because in mine, people can be, we'll, people--imperfect yet not sinners. I feel sad for you if you consider making a mistake a sin. I mean, if you go shopping and buy the wrong milk (say you wanted 1% but mistakenly bought 2%), you consider that a sin!! Christ on a cracker--that's a harsh way to live!

Depends on context. There are people I am definitely better than. And there are people that are better than me.
The approach to the answering of this is really bizarre.
If you walk into an interview which you know is a lock, you go into it believing believing that you are superior to all other candidates considered. If I am bidding on a photography gig, I believe I am superior to all other shooters being considered. If you're checking out some hottie who you decide to chat up and the two of you hit it off and date for a couple of years… come marriage time, you are think that you are superior to all other people he/she has dated and that you are the one.
Now, as the illustrious Mr. Cherry pointed out: there is always someone else out there superior to any one of us but in a comparative sense, it is rare an individual who thinks he/she is on the very bottom. It's not me, at least. Do I think I'm superior? Yup. Surely do. I am superior in every way imaginable to some people. To some other individuals, not so much. I'm at a loss to understand why people are squeamish about admitting that they think that of themselves.

do you even know the definition of the word? i'm just curious.
is a flaw a sin? is a mistake a sin?

only individually, and only by actions. and at most occasionally.
by virtue or politics, i couldn't care less. culture, heritage, etc. no way. my people have all been considered dogs in their day, so i am humbled by their experiences.

Seriously... I thought a sin was going against one's gods' laws. I don't have a god so I'm not a sinner. It seems odd that simple mistakes or flaws would be considered sins.

i don't think she understands that. i live around a lot of these holy roller types. they can't even live by the most basic of their tenets. they get stumped at that "judge not" thing they are supposed to live by.
