I like the colour one.  I find the light flare in the black and white one distracting, but it was hard to choose between them.

Gotta be the colour, face looks extremely white plus agree with above on flair

Color by far, because of the flare in the black and white. That's the only thing about the black and white which keeps it from being the better of the two.

Color.

Asking us to believe the sun gets through all those leaves undappled enough to produce that amount of lens flare is asking for a bit too much 'suspension of disbelief' IMHO.

A pose like this I would have shown the feet, it also looks like she is leaning against something that is no longer there.  If I had to pick one, it would be the color version, the Light flare is completely unnecessary and distracting.

Color. The human eye is always drawn first to the brightest area in a scene and that sun blasting through in the B&W is horribly distracting and hurts the image.

The color shot definitely, the lens flare in the B&W detracts greatly.

I concur, the color shows off the autumn wonder and the unique qualities of your complexion-hair-etc. that potential clients wouldn't be aware of otherwise in this warm autumn light.
