How do most models receive work on here? Do photographers just contact you if their interested in your look?  And how does someone do Runway because that is my dream for a big clothing a line.

You need to network.  Contact photographers, post in the forums, leave picture comments on work you like, etc.  You'll probably need to begin doing trade work first to build your portfolio if you hope to start getting paid work here on MM. 

If you want to do runway, just apply to agencies. It's not necessary for you to have a professional portfolio, or any modeling experience at all- you just need to submit photos or go to a casting.  Most agencies only require you submit snapshots or polaroids similar to this:


Try to be realistic, because I can already tell you that the amount of tattoos you have is going to severely limit your modeling opportunities.  I've *never* seen a runway model with even close to the amount of tattoos you currently have.  Best of luck to you.
