It appears that there is makeup on this model.  It appears to have been applied well.

I believe that the lip color is in a different color family as the eye color, but that may have been what was asked for.

You want constructive criticism but you're complaining about people saying how to do the shot differently?

"That's crap" is definitely negative, but suggesting better ways to do the shot sounds like the epitome of constructive criticism. Even pointing out what's isn't working is constructive.

This shot *is* better than the shot in the other thread. It's better lighted. The color balance is more under control and the skin tones are much more pleasing.

The makeup looks like it is well done but the retouchers heavy handed smoothing takes away from your work.

Overall I like the makeup...its simple and to the point.  But the one thing that sticks out to me is the color of the lips and the color of the hair...it really doesn't blend well.
