Based solely on avatar - which is gorgeous but the model's a bit small to judge lighting of her features etc. - I would say I might work on trade if it was an ambitious project.  I don't pay photographers as a rule, though I made a couple exceptions early on.

Trade is all I do, too.

But based on avatar, I'd be skeptical even at that. That pose does everything to avoid showing what the model looks like.
