Less head tilt
More light in eyes

I would go for a higher crop on bottom of image, will thin out the models appearance
When hair is that short, best look is achieved when showing only one ear

As I had ready commented on Facebook, the shots of my friend Bethany are absolutely incredible - magazine worthy.  Of the more elaborate makeup images, the last one has the most unique and more exotic expression that fits the concept.  You, or the reroucher, might consider doing a symmetry liquify tool to even out the lips on the shot that focuses on the closed eyes.

Thanks for the critiques thus far. I don't know anything really about photoshop or angles and stuff like that but I'll try to expand that knowledge.
