I just moved to Los Angeles from New York where I went to makeup school at MUD.
I'm trying to find work asap, and I'm going to be applying at as many makeup counters and stores as I can.

I guess I'm looking for answers from makeup counter employees and/or managers.

My question is, what should I list on my resume?
Right now I have listed all my makeup work experience, and my education at MUD.
I have two years of retail experience that I think would be helpful to share, do I list that with the makeup work or should I create another section for past employment? I also worked at Dish Network a few years back, and Pizza Hut years before that, should I list those?

Finally, I'll be dropping off my resume as these counters, should I bring my portfolio and leave a business card as well?
Thank you so much for reading, if you know how I should go about this, I'd be happy to hear it.

The ultimate goal of all makeup counters is to make sales. List all your past retail jobs and talk about setting and making sales goals. I wouldn't put your Pizza Hut employment. Definitely bring your portfolio. It's not a requirement for a makeup counter job, but it will definitely give you an edge against the competition. Get to the counters NOW. They want to hire for holiday staff in time for Black Friday which is next week.

Yeah I know this a good time to go. I'll focus on detailing my retail work then. Thank you!
