Had a guy e-mail me from my web site, asking me if a certain model had surgically enhanced breasts. I thought the question was rude, so I replied, "If you can't tell, why should I?"
That's my guideline -- I like them natural looking, and I really don't care much about the size. If they are unnatural looking, I just don't like it. That's it.
But I recognize that it's none of my business if/when a woman decides to get surgical enhancements -- my opinion doesn't matter at all. But if they look fake, I probably wouldn't photograph them.

Do you hate the look of fake breasts or hate the simple fact that they are fake, or something else?
wondering, because I've seen the stereotypical fake breasts alot, the ones that are super round and perky size DD balloons
and then I've seen modest B, C cup fake breasts that don't scream fake at all
and I am wonder if the same people that hate the balloon looking breasts would also hate the not so obvious silicone supported breasts
Question, a serious one. Do you not realize that breasts can be round? When I was nursing my breasts were round, not tear drop shaped. Which is why I got round implants.

The look of them, especially on a skinny woman, seems very odd. They stick nearly straight out.
They can end up looking like two tumors jutting out from your chest and ribcage. That's not a good look. I guess it's just too much of a contrast from how a natural breast falls on a woman's chest. It's really hard to do that surgically and make it look that good.

but you don't mind the mere fact that breasts are fake, like a girl that was flat chested now having B cups
this wouldn't stand out to you at all, but if you found out how would you feel?

OP...I have a third option....I don't mind the look, I don't mind the fakeness, what I hate is the FEEL. I don't like being able to feel where the natural breast stops and the fake one begins. Since that does not apply to my photography business it doesn't apply to the models I use...but in general for girls that I would date.

Usually look great in bikinis and lingerie.
Usually don't look so great nude.
But the real thing I don't like about implants is how they feel.

with most fake breasts I don't like how they look. Even when the woman goes ""oh please, mine look so natural, you can't even tell they are fake blablablaba"" I usually think "ehm, yes you can...".
Sometimes they look great though.
Anyway, just personal opinion about them nothing wrong with women getting them, and just a little sad that sometimes women may get them for the wrong reason. But that's up to them.

I am especially tired of that combined with shaved pubic hair.

They don't look as good nude as with clothes, especially when the woman is laying on her back. But if the ratio of real flesh/implant is high enough (e.g. a woman with a C cup going up a little to a D cup with the implant) then it can look real enough and not bother me.
The thing I don't like about some fake breasts are the surgical scars. When shooting nudes, the scars add to my work in post. If I'm shooting film, it really limits the poses the model can do.

Oh, no. Not the mere fact of having them. Hell, I'm a skinny bitch and I would love to get breast implants...
If I could be sure they wouldn't look as stated above. I have delicate rare miniatures, but they are nicely shaped. I wouldn't trade them in unless I could retain the shape and look but increase only the size. Until we advance enough to be able to do that, I'm stuck.
i had a fake boob dream last night. i dreamed it was the future and there were plastic surgery booths you could go in that were right there on the street and you could go in and get your plastic surgery and be out in 5 minutes. well i went in for a boob job and came out with one long skinny boob and one big fat one. it was gross!!! this has nothing to do with anything i just had to share.

I fall into the, sometimes category. Basically, If the breasts are so big that they are unnatural for a women that size then It turns me way off. But if the breasts are natural looking, and within what I would deem the "natural size range" for a woman that size then I have 0 problems with fakes.
Obviously there are exceptions, but in general the more natural looking the better. I also agree with the look better clothed vs nude statement that has come up.
