I don't like the ones that look like someone cut a Basketball in half and stuck it behind the nipples.

augmentations to firm up post pregnancy breasts are normally acceptable to me even if they go up one size.

But, going from a "B" to a "DDD'....... Na....

I don't like obviously fake breats but I do know a lot of women who get breats implants specifically want big boobs that look fake. These women are also the same ones who are walking billboards who pay outlandish prices to walk around with products covered in logos. For those types I'm pretty sure it's about the image and being seen to have a lot of money to splurge on unecessary personal products.
The women I know who have had breast surgery for personal reasons, and to correct abnormalities usually go for the ones that look natural and don't scream FAKE!

It boilds down to personal tastes and preferences, my personal thoughts are that obvoiusly fake boobs look awesome in clothes and hideous when naked.

Some of the enhancement work coming out of Asia is pretty amazing -  they are going for a very lovely shape and of course the incision is navel or bikini line and very clean.

When it comes to larger breasts I prefer a very nicely done enhancement actually - it's just a better look.   NOT speaking of balloon breasts - but there is no excuse for that today...

I hate the look, I think they look ridiculous and not the least bit natural. And some women go to the extremes that look downright CARTOONISH, like she cut an extra large grapefruit in half and planted them on her chest. Just plain stupid looking, and she is not fooling anyone.

Hm. Great. A thread where I get to tell a number of women, "The look of your expensive surgery is attractive/unattractive."

I will say that I've seen examples that look quite pleasing. I've seen examples that aren't so pleasing. That goes for natural or "off the shelf."

I'll leave it at that.

Well if done in a way that is noticeable, the look is worse.

That being said, I think calf implants are worse, because I keep imaging them slipping and moving around.

often its the look, but more than that for me its the concept.. of any cosmetic surgery, hair transplants, face lifts, implants, etc. To me, sexy is someone that accepts and owns their body

I don't *hate* "fake breasts", but in general I'm not a fan. Mostly because of the look.

my boyfriend doesn't like them either, also because of the look, but mostly the idea that they're fake.

There must be someone in hollywood who was the celebrities' darling surgeon, because so many women have ended up with the exact same weird eye thing going on after their plastic surgery disaster.  oh and Mickey Rourke looks like he went there too.

I'm not a fan of the obviously fake look at all, aesthetically, and for my kind of work a smaller more natural look is generally preferable anyway.

All the fakes I've photographed have looked odd in real life and caused problems with retouching, so for me there's not much to recommend them.

Personally speaking, I'd also feel a bit worried about being too rough with them if I was in a relationship with somebody who had them! The whole idea of bags of silicone under the flesh just seems icky, freaky and somewhat the opposite of sexy to me.

Eh my bf is pretty rough with mine and I've never had any problems. I mean, he doesn't punch em or anything but he grabs them and squeezes pretty good.
Mine are under the muscle though, so it's not just breast tissue covering the implant.

Now, since I've lived in California the last few months I've noticed a huge difference in my Michigan boobs vs California boobs. The majority of the implants I've seen/touched here are harder, and way over filled. Like if you grab em they don't move or jiggle. Just different....

Of course, relationships are about more than that - obviously - but having never been in that situation yet, at the moment the thought of it freaks me out a little!

Fake or real is not the issue imho. The main question is whether they (visually) go well with the total body. For overdone fakes, this is less likely to be the case, I guess that's what most people hate. If a breast job makes them "fit" better though, it might as well be an improvement.

Big or small, natural or augmented does not make a difference to me, it is the look that is important, especially from a photographers POV.

I have seen good augmentations and bad and when the model is wearing clothes it mostly does not matter.

I knew model who was four different cup sizes over less than two years. Started as a B, went to a D, went larger and the results were so unnatural looking we had her wearing a shirt at a nude shoot. She was so dissatisfied with the look she went back for Boobs V4, I never saw the final (I hope) version.

The ONLY woman I knew in life that had a good boob job was in Hollywood, CA. She was an editorial model. A very enterprising one.

Didn't feel them.

I like real.

I served drinks at a club and got to see plenty of faux breasts on a daily basis. The biggest turn-off were the RIDGES that form when the chic moves around; bends over, etc. Every time I caught sight of those ridges, I shuddered. It was almost alien-ish. Second turn-off were the ones that felt like a block of concrete under the skin. Scary!

However, there were a few (a modest minority) of those that were so natural looking, felt great and NO ridges formed. Those were niiiice!

Yes, interesting how I was brigged to disagree with someone who wanted breasts desexualized to the point that women could walk the streets fully exposed, without drawing the slightest bit of attention ... and now they hide your breast photos.

I think "hate" is a strong word. But when I see a beautiful model with fake breasts I think it's a tragedy. I've been on MM long enough to see a few models before they had breast implants and I thought their breasts were perfect before. I think it's very rare that a woman would ever "need" surgery to enhance their breasts no matter how small they were.

" fake breasts, hate the look or hate the fakeness"

Mostly none of my business.

If a model is enhanced, it only becomes an issue for me if the surgery is poor, or her choices are not proportional to her body type.

So-fake doesnt matter to me, but for photography, the look does.

On a PURELY personal level, in my private life, I have to admit I have never "felt" a set of implants that felt "right"--- hard to beat mother nature on that.

I have a good friend who had a terrible (and in my opinion, incorrect) body self  image... she had a nice figure, slim, trim, athletic, great legs, great butt, medium bust. All very nicely proportioned in my opinion. She felt her bust was too small- and after a couple years of debate with herself, she got implants.

I have to admit-she looks great now- but to be honest- I think it is her own self esteem that changed her appearance as much as the implants. She is very happy---and that is the bottom line- she is the only one that really mattered.

I dislike them for both reasons. I dislike "novelty size" ones even more. I have 2 sisters with fake breasts. I have a very good friend from high school who got a pair as an engagement gift from her first husband. She is now on husband #3.

I think it depends on your body type it has to compliment the person you cant be tiny and get a triple D boob job just wouldn't look right and like someone else stated good quality is good quality bad is bad either way I like little boobies because you can get away with not wearing a bra big_smile lol

I prefer little boobs. But as long as they look relatively normal, I like em all. For the life of me though, I can't understand why women feel the need to pay for bigger boobs.

Yeah the moderators here are perhaps Catholic priests. I have a photo which have model lay on a bed with bikini top and bottom (no nipples, no butt cracks) and one of the mod here labeled it as 18+ LOL and yet I see a lot of other avatars which the model was obviously nude but important parts are covered by hands.

If not mistaken, the number boob job adds from plastic surgeons in magazines has dropped a lot over the past couple of years.

Just my opinion, but I think that "most" younger women now realize that natural breasts are pretty cool.  Small is perfectly fine too.

Ah...but to each their own right. smile  Do what makes you happy ladies!

Do you hate the look of fake breasts or hate the simple fact that they are fake, or something else?

wondering, because I've seen the stereotypical fake breasts alot, the ones that are super round and perky size DD balloons

and then I've seen modest B, C cup fake breasts that don't scream fake at all

and I am wonder if the same people that hate the balloon looking breasts would also hate the not so obvious silicone supported breasts

I don't "hate" them.

I simply don't find them attractive.  Sometimes, they'll work for clothed shots, but I don't prefer models who are limited to clothed shots, and when I do work with them, it's more likely to be fashion oriented, where larger breasts are not the goal.

I've seen, best I can recall, TWO sets of implants that I thought were attractive.  One is an art model on MM, one is Shannon Elizabeth, from "American Pie."

I only hate fake breasts if they're obviously fake, and if their purpose was not for reconstructive surgery.

I love breasts, they are the most fun body part ever.  Big ones, small ones, some as big as your head...uh, where was I now?

Right, breasts.  So the thing that really "grinds my gears" is when women already have beautiful breasts, but feel the need to mess with the lovlies that nature has given them.  If they actually take the time to find a good surgeon, and they spend that good money, and they don't go overboard with the size (which is easy to do), then I'll probably still think they were just as pleasant before, but at least they look and feel nice.  But when they don't do their homework and/or shell out the good money...it just makes me want to cry.
