Shooting with latex and milk???
I am very interested in doing a shoot wearing latex and covered in milk, however I have never done anything like this before and wanted to know if anyone had, and what their experience with it was like. Please let me know if there are any tricks to making it work or any little quirks about it. Please and Thank you!!! xoxo Fel0ny Oct 31 06 09:53 am Link im pretty sure justice howard has done a shoot just like this. you could find her and ask. she seems nice. i love her work. http://www.justicehoward.com also the model bianca bauchamp i know has worked with both http://www.biancabeauchamp.com/ bianca is a queen of all things latex not much help but its something i guess. blah Oct 31 06 12:35 pm Link Thank you, it was more help than nothing. lol. I appreciate it. Thnx again! Oct 31 06 02:41 pm Link Are you thinking of liquid laytex or a laytex outfit. Liquid laytex requires several applications to get a smooth surface ( do not shake the can, causes air bubbles), skin should be smoth, little hairs will be pulled out when you take it off. You can use a body cream over the skin prior to application, helps some what. Also test small patch on your skin to make sure there is no reaction to it. the longer you wear it on, a small amount of water forms between the skin and the laytex, also making it easier to ger off! Hope this helps. Jack Oct 31 06 02:48 pm Link I was thinking probably a latex outfit. Ive never dealt with liquid latex, i wouldnt have a clue of what to do with it. Thank you though! Its all very helpful Oct 31 06 05:42 pm Link Rubberella is incredible!!!! She has some great images on her site www.rubberella.com. she's also in my friends list, so you can look her up. I don't believe she has her latex and milk pictures up though Nov 01 06 10:41 am Link I have seen the idea around. I always wanted to shoot this myself, I got the idea from one of my favorite books, " The Story of the Eye". But in they book she doesn't sit in the milk with latex. She is nude. I would use soy milk, since a lot people on here know I am vegan. I can't wait to see the results. What latex outfit do you have in mind. Maybe a kittie cat. Nov 01 06 11:21 am Link I was thinking something cat like, yes. But i dont know if I can find an outfit i want before the shoot. I may just do it nude....i was thinking of using buttermilk because its a little bit thicker, but soy milk may work too. Ill have to experiment. Thanks for all of your input guys! much love, fel0ny Nov 01 06 12:11 pm Link Fel0ny wrote: Have Vex latex make it for you. They have awesome custom work. Nov 01 06 07:56 pm Link I browsed the website, and they do, but its spensive! Im a broke college student...so a custom latex outfit is just gona have to wait. Nov 02 06 10:01 am Link Most people will say to use a softbox as a light modifier, but umbrellas can work just as well, check my port for examples, too lazy to link.
