It sucks to be told no for sure but IMO, I think you dodged a bullet.  The stuff I have tried is swill.  I don't mean to sound so judgy about it but surely you can do better than NP.  Don't give up, just move on.  Hugs~

Years ago I was told "no" for a counter job at Bare Escentuals. It wasn't because of my lack of skill, but because I didn't have the sales experience. Looking back, I'm so relieved to have not gotten the job. Now I'm freelancing fulltime and love every minute of it. Keep your head up and keep practicing your craft.

You wouldnt want to work with them .... Have you ever taken a look at the makeup on those girls??? it scares people away....

Counter jobs are for sales people not artists..... Loyalty falls to the brand that pays you a check...
