He had every legal right to be carrying.

Yes. He has a concealed carry permit. Still allegedly against the regulations of the neighborhood watch. Any suspicious activity is supposed to be phoned in to police. They are NOT to pursue anyone.

Race is a factor.   Its why many White Americans see Trayvon as a thug who attacked a innocent George Zimmerman.   Aren't all Blacks violent they think.   Never mind Zimmerman's past.   They hear Trayvon smoked weed had a few fights and was suspended from school.   Although he could have been a choir boy and it might not have mattered.   Race is a factor because White people are afraid of Black teens.   Too them Zimmerman is a hero and many sent him money.   For example you seem to have decided his version is the truth.   

Luckily there was enough evidence to arrest him.   A conviction may not happen but my guess is if Mr. Zimmerman was killed you and many others would see Trayvon as a murderer.   His parents and a few others would be his only defenders.   I won't pretend to know exactly what happened that night.   I find it hard to believe a teen who according to his girlfriend said he was afraid would start a fight or that a armed man who was told not too follow Trayvon would not be aggressive.   Especially given his comment about they always get away and that there had been break-in’s in the area allegedly by Black kids.    Innocent until proven guilty though.   I guess its good that you won't be on the jury.

It wasn't until the race pimps got involved that Obama weighed in and sent the "justice department" down there to make the county "reconsider" their decision to let Zimmerman walk. It's been a non-stop circus ever since, with the media pretending Martin was a little 12-year old and for a while pretending that Zim was white. The "all white gated community" narrative eventually got proven false too, as did the doctored video (ABC news).

The whole thing went political early on, and has become a huge mess. Zim's going to be rich when he's done suing all the people who have pushed this thing this far despite the clear evidence.
