Yeah, neo-Nazi and white supremacist websites arent exactly reliable sources for anything other than racism and hatred. Apparently these sites are becoming increasingly more popular among the soapbox faithful. It is only a matter of time before people begin linking to neo-confederate, white nationalist websites here on a regular basis...

All "social" groups help their insiders. Free Masons, Rotarians, VFW, Political parties, church groups. It has always been the case and will likely always be the case.
That said, other then the rich people's club, I have seen nothing more then the normal nepotism that has existed from the beginning of time, with no real conspiracy behind this process.
So basically a Universal law of humanity is that given overall reasonably equal qualifications, the person closest to the tribal group of the chief will always be hired first.
