Maybe if I knew what they were intended for....
They're kind of clinical in appearance as far as the posing and action.  The first question that came to mind was, "Sports medicine?" Lighting is great, but the action seems a little stiff to me.

i like the nice clean lighting on your model in your avatar, but the overwhelming hot spot on the chair beside her is very distracting

It looks like you've got the strobist style down pretty good, but it just looks like a lighting exercise.  They need something more - Maybe more expression, maybe more background, maybe some grunge effects in Photoshop.

Great Lighting, great job overall.

Agree with this - the lighting and overall look is very clean and polished.

I like the black and white conversions - great contrast while retaining strong detail.

I like the idea of this one, but something about the positioning makes it look like she has wheels for legs.  I'm not sure if it's because it's right at the knees, or if it would have felt that way even if it was lower on her leg. I do really like the powder in the air and the tone of the picture. https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/121202/09/50bb8dc3102aa_m.jpg
