Hello Mayhem! (Love that name)

New to this world and have never really gotten feedback from photographers and people in the industry about my work - just friends so far, since I am so new. 

I selected these images as a starting point and would love feedback on your true thoughts about them.  Where could I have improved?  What you like or don't like?  Remove an image if you think it's soft?  Ideas or thoughts on where I can go from here.  And so forth ...

looks good to me. Post in the forums a lot, tag the front page, comment a lot and you'll open doors on MM.

I think you are off to a good start. You clearly have an eye for good composition, compared to a lot of the newer photographers on this site.

Neil, when you say "tag the front page, comment a lot" ... sorry, this environment is all new to me.  What exactly do you mean?

Any photos you think I should remove?

The lighting job on this is fascinating.


Avoid vignetting this heavily. And the image is way overprocessed, too. Blown out and the colors are oversaturated. If you want to open some portfolio slots, this is one you can lose.
