How good are these bulbs for photography? Does anyone have an experience to share or images to post from using them?

i'm sure they're great for photography... if you don't care about colour accuracy or having to use dozens of really expensive bulbs to get a decent amount of light. $60 for an 8.5 watt bulb.

LED bulbs are almost twice the output per watt as CFL so each of the 8.5 watt LED's will put out about the same amount of light as a 13 or 15 watt CFL or a 60 watt incandescent.

That is where the comparison is.      The wireless dimming and color change is gimmicky.

I love the gimmick side of it.  That's the only reason I would get them - and I'm seriously thinking about it.

I wonder how long they last.
