i don't know who this poor gal is, but it just seems remarkable how many plane mishaps seem to hit the music world.

hopefully they find them safe, but it doesn't look good.

Small planes are a lot less safe than big commercial airliners, and these musicians do put on a lot of miles with them.

I hope she managed to survive this one... it's terrible for someone young and talented like that to get taken away so soon.

I saw Jim Croce in concert, and a month later he died in a plane crash.  I saw the original Lynyrd Skynyrd in concert, and a month later Ronnie Van Zant and other members died in a plane crash.  I saw Ricky Nelson in concert and a month later he died in a plane crash.  I was beginning to think I was a jinx, but I've seen too many others that are still alive and well.

srv was killed in a helicopter crash, but it's a flying machine. you know whose seat he took, right?
