Not being rude: is she pregnant? If so, maybe make her stomach larger so it's clearer. If she is not pregnant, I suggest liquifying and dodging & burning to reshape the abs. The midsection is way too round.

The Marine logo -- Search for one that is larger in size, if you must use it. It's pixelated. You must/should notice detail like this. At least clean up the pixels around the visible logo. It's on white so it should be easy.

Again, pay attention to details… notice where you masked the bulldog behind her. Her left arm and right shoulder are glowing white. The line from the dog is entering her arm on our left, her right.

The eyes could be lighter but that's a matter of taste. Most everything else is up to one's taste. Such as: cleaning up some of the wrinkles in the shirt.

Also, I can tell that you did not retouch the actual layer but you applied one or more filters to achieve the smooth effect.
