You can find a ton of information on CS6 on YouTube. There are tutorials on some guys top 5 favorite things, how to change the tool pallets, along with all the other videos on specific tools.

I use CS4 and looking to upgrade to 6. Let us know how you get on. I can't imagine they'll be too many issues if your PC is successfully running CS4 with no lag.
Ken - did you get a good price on the upgrade through Adobe?

Oh it gets even better. Now they're offering features that are exclusive to cloud members only. Some what useful features too such as conditional actions and smart object support for the liquify filter.
One thing to be aware of is that as of CS6 you can only upgrade within 2 versions. Example: you can upgrade from CS4 to CS6 but you will not be able to upgrade from CS3 to CS6.
I had CS2 and when I found out I could not upgrade to CS6 I got the deal for CS5.5 which will allow me to safely upgrade to CS7 when it comes out. The new progression of releases is supose to be: CS6, CS6.5, CS7, CS7.5 and so on.
I'm glad they are offering it now; CS3 upgrade was not an option before. It will be good for a lot of users, but after this offer upgrades have to be within 2 versions.
I can't add anything to the upgrade discussion, but I can tell you that they moved some stuff around and changed the colours (blarg!), and all the tools that I've used so far work the same or better than CS4, which is what I was coming from as well.
And once you get used to the darker background, it does work better. It's easier to lose your brush if it's off the picture area, but the new 18% grey (or thereabouts) background gives less 'false readings' of how bright or contrasty your image is.
