I looked at your profile page I did not see a casting call. You would do better to create a casting call describing your requirements.  You will probably get more replies rather than using the forums.

Also use the search feature and search for Wardrobe Stylist, Designers, etc in NYC and send them PM.  Yes it takes work but this may get you the results you seek.

posting in the  Hair, Makeup, and Stylists forum might be a better choice.
